目的探讨C反应蛋白与血常规联合检测在儿童细菌性肺炎中的检测意义。方法选择我院临床诊断为细菌性肺炎共40例,同时选择我院病毒性肺炎及支原体肺炎患儿各40例。上述患儿分别作为细菌性肺炎组、病毒性肺炎组和支原体肺炎组。同时选择同期到我院体检的健康儿共40例,作为对照组。所选4组儿童均进行血常规检测和血清C反应蛋白水平检测。结果细菌性肺炎组C反应蛋白水平和白细胞总数分别为(19.6±2.372)mg/L、(15.9±2.1)×109/L。病毒感染性肺炎组C反应蛋白水平和白细胞总数分别为(2.532±1.175)mg/L、(7.6±1.8)×109/L;支原体感染肺炎组C反应蛋白水平和白细胞总数分别为(7.524±1.019)mg/L、(8.2±1.7)×109/L;对照组C反应蛋白水平和白细胞总数分别为(3.296±1.136)mg/L、(6.5±1.3)×109/L;细菌性肺炎组患儿C反应蛋白水平和白细胞总数均高于病毒性肺炎组、支原体肺炎组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白水平及血常规联合检测有助于儿童细菌性肺炎诊断,操作简便易行,有较高的检测价值。
Objective To investigate the detection of C-reactive protein and blood routine in children with bacterial pneumonia. Methods The clinical diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia in our hospital a total of 40 cases, while selecting my hospital viral pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia in children of 40 cases. These children were as bacterial pneumonia group, viral pneumonia group and mycoplasma pneumonia group. At the same time select the same period to our hospital physical examination of 40 children, as a control group. The four groups of children were selected for blood tests and serum C-reactive protein levels. Results The levels of C-reactive protein and leukocyte in bacterial pneumonia group were (19.6 ± 2.372) mg / L and (15.9 ± 2.1) × 109 / L, respectively. The levels of C-reactive protein and leukocytes in the group of viral pneumonia were (2.532 ± 1.175) mg / L and (7.6 ± 1.8) × 109 / L, respectively. The levels of C-reactive protein and leukocyte in the pneumonia group were 7.524 ± 1.019 (8.2 ± 1.7) × 109 / L, respectively. The levels of C-reactive protein and white blood cells in the control group were (3.296 ± 1.136) mg / L and The levels of C-reactive protein and white blood cells in children were higher than those in viral pneumonia group, mycoplasma pneumonia group and control group (P <0.05). Conclusion C-reactive protein level and blood test can be helpful for the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia in children. It is easy to operate and has high detection value.
