我们经过1963年的生产实践,进一步证明“三三作业法”是一种行之有效的制图生产经验。今年来,我们队各个小组都已主动地推广了这个经验。其中三不上图,在1959年已经提出,而且一直被采用为保证成图质量的最有效的措施之一,历年来,在我们狠抓成图质量的工作中,一直贯彻这个经验。经验证明,凡是能严格遵守三不上图的,都能保证和提高成图质量,避免返工作废。“三三作业法”是保证全面完成制图生产任务的重要措施,在1960年提出时,因为体会还不够深刻,所以一直没有广泛地在作业员中进行推广;在1963年的作业中它得到了进一步的验证,证实它是成功的经验,所以今年在全队受到了作业员的普遍欢迎。什么是“三三作业法”呢?
After our 1963 production practice, we further prove that the “March 3 Law” is an effective cartographic production experience.
