我们经过1963年的生产实践，进一步证明“三三作业法”是一种行之有效的制图生产经验。今年来，我们队各个小组都已主动地推广了这个经验。其中三不上图，在1959年已经提出，而且一直被采用为保证成图质量的最有效的措施之一，历年来，在我们狠抓成图质量的工作中，一直贯彻这个经验。经验证明，凡是能严格遵守三不上图的，都能保证和提高成图质量，避免返工作废。“三三作业法”是保证全面完成制图生产任务的重要措施，在1960年提出时，因为体会还不够深刻，所以一直没有广泛地在作业员中进行推广；在1963年的作业中它得到了进一步的验证，证实它是成功的经验，所以今年在全队受到了作业员的普遍欢迎。什么是“三三作业法”呢？
After our 1963 production practice, we further prove that the “March 3 Law” is an effective cartographic production experience.
