目的:探讨有机磷农药中毒患者的临床表现及抢救措施。方法:选取2009年5月-2011年5月在我院实施抢救的20例有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析探讨。结果:在20例中毒患者,19例抢救成功痊愈出院,抢救成功率为95.00%,1例抢救无效死亡,死亡率为5.00%。结论:早期发现,及时处理是抢救有机磷农药中毒的关键,彻底清除体内有害物质,足量给予阿托品和胆碱酯酶复能剂,积极抗感染及对症治疗,降低患者死亡率及致残率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations and rescue measures of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients. Methods: The clinical data of 20 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who were treated in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 20 cases of poisoning, 19 cases were successfully discharged and rescued. The success rate of rescue was 95.00%. One case died without rescue and the death rate was 5.00%. Conclusion: Early detection and timely treatment are the key to salvage organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Thoroughly eliminate harmful substances in the body, atropine and cholinesterase reuptake agents are given in sufficient quantity to actively resist infection and symptomatic treatment and reduce the mortality and morbidity of patients .
