设计合成了未见文献报道的 7个苯并呋喃 ( a- d)和苯并二氢呋喃 ( a- c)类化合物。 a,b和 c分别以香豆素和邻香草醛为起始原料经相应的酰胺还原制备。 d 以邻香草醛为起始原料 ,经环合、还原、氯化、胺解和成盐合成。 a- c由相应的苯并呋喃类化合物经 Bouveault- Blanc还原制得。目的化合物的结构经元素分析和波谱分析确证。目的化合物 d, a- c有不同程度的降压活性 ,其中 b 的降压活性大于 DDPH
We have designed and synthesized seven benzofuran (a-d) and benzodihydrofuran (a-c) compounds that have not been reported in the literature. a, b and c respectively coumarin and o-vanillin aldehyde as the starting material were prepared by the corresponding amide reduction. d vanillin aldehyde as the starting material, by cyclization, reduction, chlorination, amine hydrolysis and salt synthesis. a- c from the corresponding benzofuran compounds by Bouveault-Blanc reduction. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by elemental analysis and spectral analysis. The target compounds d, a-c have varying degrees of antihypertensive activity, in which the antihypertensive activity of b than DDPH
