商务部对外援助项目招标委员会于2006年12月14日举行了2006年第34次例会。现将会议情况和决议通告如下:一、审定了援赞比亚城市供水设施维修项目中标企业。该项目于2006年12月11日开标。川铁国际经济技术合作有限公司、中国土木工程集团公司、广东省建筑工程集团有限公司、北京市政建设集团有限责任公司、河北省水利工程局、广东海外建设集团有限公司、福建建工集团总公司、胜利油田胜利工程建设(集团)有限责任公司、山西建筑工程(集团)总公司、中国地质工程集团公司、中国海外工程总公司和中国水利水电建设集团公司等12家企业按时递交了投标文件。根据商务部2005年修订试行的《对外援助成套项目
The Ministry of Commerce’s Foreign Assistance Project Bidding Committee held its 34th regular meeting in 2006 on December 14, 2006. The meeting’s status and resolutions are hereby announced as follows: 1. The company that has won the bid for the maintenance project of the city’s water supply facilities in Zambia has been approved. The project was opened on December 11, 2006. Sichuan Railway International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd., China Civil Engineering Group Corporation, Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd., Hebei Provincial Water Conservancy Bureau, Guangdong Overseas Construction Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Construction Engineering Group Corporation Twelve companies such as Shengli Oilfield Shengli Engineering Construction (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanxi Construction Engineering (Group) Corporation, China National Geological Engineering Corporation, China Overseas Engineering Corporation, and China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Group Corporation submitted tender documents on time. According to the Ministry of Commerce revised in 2005 the “Aid to Foreign Aid Project”
