为了摸清在一天内什么时间施药治螟效果最好,于1978年在连作晚稻苗期和穗期防治第三代和第四代三化螟进行了试验。 试验方法:插秧前划成0.1亩的小区并作田埂,各小区栽插兜数相等,随机排列、重复三次,于各代盛孵高峰期施药一次,折合亩用赣南农药厂生产的50％杀螟松乳剂3两兑水100斤用压缩喷雾器喷雾,并设不施药区为对照。防治第三代三化螟于8月10日上午8时、11时、下午3时30分钟和6时施药,待盛蛹后(枯心定局)调查枯心率。防治第四代三化螟于9月15日上午7时、11时、下午2时30分和5时30分钟施药,收割前7天调查白穗率。枯心和白穗均采用全小区普查。
