1台JYL210E型轮胎式挖掘机在使用3 750 h后,突然行走无力,遇到较陡坡道便无法行驶。由于发动机运转正常,推断故障原因可能出现在行走变速系统。该机行走系统原理如下:6BT5.9-C型柴油机通过飞轮弹性联轴节与变量轴向柱塞双泵连接,双泵产生的压力油经中央回转接头驱动2个行走马达,2个行走马达通过马达连接口与行走变速器相连。
