文章以中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)收录的非营利组织人力资源管理相关论文为研究基础,采用文献分析与内容分析的方法,从发表时间、所发期刊、研究方向、论文类型等多个方面进行分析,分析认为:中国非营利组织人力资源管理研究总体仍处于起步发展阶段,文献总量不多,研究学者的集中度不够;非营利组织人力资源管理在某些方面如招聘录用等仍存在研究空白;非营利组织人力资源管理研究成果以理论型文献为主逐步转向以实证型文献为主;非营利组织人力资源管理研究热点以薪酬与激励、绩效考评为主。
