由于社会、学校、家庭以及学生个人等诸多因素,职中生大多具有自卑心理,这不仅给学生个人前途增加了不确切因素,而且对职教事业产生了较大的负面影响。本文在分析社会、学校、个人因素的基础上,对职中生自卑心理的转化进行了初步的探索,着重从树立正确的成才观、正确地评价自己、树立自信心、进行心理健康教育等方面提出了建议。
Due to many factors, such as society, school, family and individual students, most students and students have the inferiority complex. This not only adds uncertainty to the personal future of students, but also has a greater negative impact on the career of vocational education. Based on the analysis of social, school and individual factors, this paper explores the transformation of vocational and inferiority students’ inferiority complex, focusing on establishing a correct concept of talent, correctly evaluating oneself, establishing self-confidence and carrying out mental health education give suggestions.
