我处目前使用的OEC—1型奥卡光盘文件档案系统是一套集文件图象扫描、汉字识别、光盘资料存贮、电脑辅助检索、图文编辑和激光打印于一体的独立光盘管理系统。它包括IBMPC/AT微型计算机、ASS’Y公司的光盘驱动器、RICOH图象扫描器、RICOH激光打印机,整套设备价格为人民币10万元。 在系统的应用中,我们采取先大批量输入文件目录,然后有选择地全文输入光盘的办法,已录入机械委全宗全部案卷和机电部全宗1988～1989年的案卷共23512个文件目录,存入光盘中文件30多份。 光盘文件档案系统在许多方面还很不完善,需要进一步修改、优化。
