一、我省农业行政执法的现状与存在问题我省各级农业行政主管部门和各执法机构积极履行法律法规赋予的执法职责,依法监督管理,加强行政执法,在强化农业基础地位、维护市场经济秩序、保障农业结构调整和保护农民合法权益等方面做出了应有的贡献。但是,我们应清醒地看到,由于历史和体制的原因,我省农业行政执法的现状与法律要求和现实需要极不相称,主要表现在:
I.
