目的探讨红花黄色素(SY)与双亚酸单用和不同比例联用对大鼠动、静脉血栓形成的影响。方法采用Fe Cl3诱导大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成模型和结扎法致下腔静脉血栓形成模型,考察SY与双亚酸单用与联用的抗血栓作用。结果各给药组均可延长Fe Cl3诱导大鼠颈总动脉血栓的形成时间,减轻动脉血栓的重量,显著减轻结扎法致下腔静脉血栓的重量。其中,联用低、中、高剂量组的作用优于SY组,联用低、高剂量组的作用优于双亚酸组。结论 SY、双亚酸及二者联用均具有抗大鼠动、静脉血栓形成的作用,其联用后的作用优于其单用的。
Objective To investigate the effects of safflower yellow (SY) and bisulfate alone and in different ratios on the arterial and venous thrombosis in rats. Methods FeCl3-induced rat common carotid artery thrombosis model and ligation-induced inferior vena cava thrombosis model was established to investigate the antithrombotic effects of SY and bis-acid alone and in combination. Results Each administration group could prolong the formation time of carotid artery thrombosis induced by FeCl3, reduce the weight of arterial thrombus and significantly reduce the weight of inferior vena cava thrombus caused by ligation. Among them, the combination of low, medium and high dose group is better than SY group, combined with low and high dose group is better than the role of bis-acid group. Conclusion SY, bis-acid and the combination of the two have anti-rat arteriovenous and venous thrombosis effect, its combined effect is superior to its single use.
