光生毫米波技术是实现光纤无线(ROF)系统的一项关键技术,为合理选择光生毫米波技术,对ROF系统中几种典型的光生毫米波方法(包括上/下变频、电吸收型光收发机、光外差、直接调制和光学倍频OFM)进行详细分析比较,结果表明利用高次谐波产生高频毫米波的OFM法在设备的简单性和生成信号的质量等方面有明显的优点。
Optical millimeter-wave technology is one of the key technologies to realize optical fiber wireless (ROF) system. In order to rationally choose optical millimeter-wave technology, several typical optical millimeter-wave methods in ROF system including up / down conversion, Machine, heterodyne, direct modulation and optical frequency doubling OFM). The results show that OFM with high-frequency millimeter wave generated by high-order harmonics has obvious advantages in terms of equipment simplicity and signal quality .
