在放松“限贷”、降低住房公积金门槛、取消限购等一系列提振楼市的政策之后,央行近日又在两年来首次宣布降息。市场分析人士认为,降息虽然对房地产市场是一个不小的刺激,但目前不少开发商的资金链仍然紧张,首要任务是趁降息去库存。对于资金高度密集的土地市场,降息的传导仍需时日。
After relaxing a series of measures to lift the property market such as “limiting loans”, lowering the threshold for housing provident fund and removing restrictions on purchase, the central bank recently announced the first rate cut in two years. Market analysts believe that although the interest rate cut is a real stimulus to the real estate market, but at present, many developers are still strained funding chain, the first task is to take advantage of interest rates to inventory. For funds highly intensive land market, the transmission of interest rates still take time.
