目的:探讨替米沙坦预防高血压并阵发性房颤患者复发的效果。方法:从吴川市人民医院选取2013年1月至2015年1月150例高血压合并阵发性房颤患者,按照随机原则分为两组,对照组采用基础性疗法,观察组在对照组的治疗方案上,给予替米沙坦服用,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后半年的血压水平、复发情况、左心房内径(LAD)和左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)。结果:(1)两组患者治疗后血压水平比治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)和对照组对比,观察组房颤复发率明显更低,发作次数明显更少,首次复发时间明显更长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)组内治疗前对比,观察组治疗后半年LAD和LVEDD明显更小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间对比,两组治疗后LAD和LVEDD明显更小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦预防高血压并阵发性房颤患者复发的效果显著,对改善心功能具有积极的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of telmisartan in preventing hypertension and relapse in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods: 150 patients with hypertension complicated by paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were selected from Wuchuan People’s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2015. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random principle. The control group received basic therapy. The observation group The treatment regimen was given to telmisartan. The blood pressure level, recurrence, left atrium diameter (LAD) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: (1) After treatment, the blood pressure level of both groups decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in blood pressure level between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). (2) Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in observation group was significantly lower, the number of attacks was significantly less, the time to first relapse was significantly longer, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (3) Before treatment, the LAD and LVEDD in the observation group were significantly smaller in the first six months after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared between groups, LAD and LVEDD were significantly smaller in both groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of telmisartan on prevention of hypertension and recurrence of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is significant, which has a positive effect on improving cardiac function.
