本文阐述习近平总书记倡导“实现中华民族伟大复兴‘中国梦’”的思想内涵,包括历史由来、人民期待、基本内涵、实现途径、建成小康、实干兴邦、国际影响等,认为这是新一届党中央领导集体的政治宣言和行动纲领,在中国和世界已经引起很大热议与反响,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。当前地方志工作在学习全面贯彻党的十八大精神和实现“中国梦”热潮,促进科学发展的一个重要方面,就是要深入学习中央关于“中国特色社会主义制度建设”的精神,深刻认识地方志年鉴文化制度建设的历史作用、现实作用、需要进一步完善,更重要的是强化制度执行。本文阐述,在华夏大地自古至今千百年来的各朝各代,构成了“中华地方志文化制度”的历史画卷,充分体现了中国人民传承文明的优秀传统。这些学术论点亦为大型学术著作《中国现代方志学》政治应用理论的拓展与创新。
