登机门是飞机人员进出的主要通道,是空乘人员接触最多的飞机部件之一,良好的人机工效特性将大大减轻空乘人员的工作负担。以某型客机的登机门为例,针对CATIA V5缺少中国人人体模型的问题,采用国标构建一个完整的中国成年人人体模型尺寸数据文件,并利用CATIA V5自带的人机工效评价模块,以该人体模型与欧美人体模型一起对登机门进行人机工效评价,考察大型客机登机门设计的合理性。评价结果表明:登机门人机工效特性基本满足设计要求。
The boarding gate is the main access for aircraft personnel and one of the most exposed aircraft components for flight attendants. The good ergonomics will greatly reduce the workload of flight attendants. Taking a passenger boarding gate as an example, aiming at the lack of Chinese mannequin in CATIA V5, a complete Chinese adult mannequin size data file is built by using national standard, and the ergonomics evaluation module comes with CATIA V5. With the mannequin and human body model together with Europe and the United States on the boarding gate Ergonomics evaluation, inspection of large passenger boarding gate design rationality. The evaluation results show that the boarding gate man-machine performance basically meets the design requirements.
