系统采用CY7C68013及其配置芯片EEPROM完成USB接口部分的功能,采用ACT8990完成边界扫描部分的功能,为完成部分逻辑功能及对此控制器设计的部分电路加密,采用CPLD EPM3032A实现。接着,给出了整个控制器的软件设计方案,具体讨论了CY7C68013的固件设计,以及利用WindowsDDK开发包开发固件装载驱动程序及控制器驱动程序的方法。调试结果表明,研制的边界扫描控制器功能正常,符合设计要求,具有即插即用、无需外部供电、连接简单可靠等优点。
The system uses the CY7C68013 and its configuration chip EEPROM to complete the USB interface part of the function, the use of ACT8990 to complete the boundary scan part of the function, in order to complete some of the logic functions and part of the controller circuit design encryption, using CPLDEPM3032A achieve. Then, the software design scheme of the whole controller is given, and the firmware design of the CY7C68013 and the method of using the WindowsDDK development kit to develop the firmware loading driver and controller driver are discussed in detail. Debugging results show that the developed boundary-scan controller is functional and meets the design requirements. It has the advantages of plug and play, no external power supply, simple and reliable connection.
