由哈尔滨铸铁锅炉厂试制的ZZN1.4—0.5/95/70—AⅡ型铸铁锅炉于1990年12月14日在哈尔滨市通过了新产品鉴定。 铸铁锅炉作为采暖锅炉过去在我国应用较广,但是旧式铸铁锅炉由于不能适应中、低质煤种,效率很低,因而在八十年代初被国家明文规定属于应该淘汰的“煤老虎”之列,不允许生产和继续使用。目前我国的铸铁锅炉数量仅占工业锅炉总数的0.7%。 但是旧式铸铁锅炉之所以成为“煤老虎”,并不是因为它由铸铁制成,而在于结构设计(主要是燃烧设备)不适应煤种。如果改进设计,能在热效率和环境保护方面满足要求,那么铸铁锅炉仍是具有生命力的。特别是与钢制锅炉相比,至少还有两个独特的优点:①铸铁
