2012年夏天,长江武汉航道局接待人员在清理小会议室时,发现一个文件柜中装满了档案袋,里面都是老旧的图纸.接待通知,我们立刻到会议室查看,并请来航道专家鉴定,发现这些图纸多是四十年代以前的长江航道各个季节的水位变化测图,对研究长江航道的地理演变具有极为重要的价值.
