目的:优选苦杏仁最佳煎煮工艺。方法:采用HPLC法,以苦杏仁苷煎出率为考察指标,对冷水投药和沸水投药两种投药方式进行考察,比较两种投药方式的优劣;在筛选出最佳投药方式后,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,以干膏率和苦杏仁苷煎出率为考察指标,对苦杏仁煎煮工艺进行优选。结果:苦杏仁的最佳煎煮方法为捣碎成粗粉,取12倍水煮沸后投药,煎煮3次,每次20min。结论:将苦杏仁捣碎成粗粉后沸水投药进行煎煮,有利于保证苦杏仁的临床用药安全和疗效。
Objective: To optimize the best boiling process of bitter almonds. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the rate of removal of amygdalin as the index of investigation. Two kinds of administration modes of cold water and boiling water were investigated, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two modes of administration were compared. After choosing the best mode of administration, L9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal test, taking the dry ointment rate and the rate of removing amygdalin as the index of investigation, the process of boiling bitter almonds was optimized. Results: The best method of boiling bitter almonds mashed into meal, take 12 times the boiled water after administration, boiling 3 times, each time 20min. Conclusion: The bitter almonds mashed into coarse powder after boiling water for boiling, help to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical drug use of bitter almonds.
