本文研制的新型ZS28合金,在42%P2O5 1%HF,2%H2SO4, 10g/1CaSO4,温度为90—95℃的苛刻介质中,经1150—1200℃固溶处理后.通过 实验室均匀腐蚀试验、现场挂片试验、晶间腐蚀试验、电化学性能及点蚀性能试验 结果表明,该合金在此苛刻的工况介质条件下,具有优异的耐蚀性能。由ZS28合 金制造的料浆泵叶轮、泵盖、搅拌浆叶、错气盘等零部件和整机的现场运转表明, 采用该合金制造生产设备是能够较好地满足复合磷肥生产流程对设备的腐蚀与磨蚀 的要求。
The new ZS28 alloy developed in this paper is treated by solution treatment at 1150-1200 ℃ in 42% P2O5 1% HF, 2% H2SO4, 10g / 1CaSO4 and harsh medium at 90-95 ℃.
