在MQ8260型MQ8240型普通曲轴磨床上磨削曲轴的连杆颈,一般都要用中心架支承工件,以能达到磨削工件的精度要求。但是中心架很沉重,每磨一档连杆颈,又必须重新将其清理、搬动、固定,劳动强度高,生产效率低。而且,用手调节中心架的两个楔块,难以掌握适度的支承力,操作者如缺乏经验或稍有疏忽,常会导致工件精度超差。
In the MQ8260 type MQ8240 ordinary crankshaft grinding on the crankshaft connecting rod neck, the center frame are generally used to support the workpiece, in order to achieve the accuracy requirements of grinding the workpiece. However, the center frame is very heavy. Each time a grinding rod is worn, it must be cleaned, moved, fixed again, labor intensity is high, and production efficiency is low. Moreover, by adjusting the two wedges of the center frame by hand, it is difficult to grasp the appropriate supporting force. If the operator lacks experience or slight negligence, the accuracy of the workpiece often exceeds the accuracy.
