目的观察转bar基因耐草胺膦油菜对大鼠的亚慢性毒性作用。方法将140只健康SPF级Wistar大鼠按体重随机分为7组,即对照(常规基础饲料)组和低(2.5%)、中(5.0%)、高剂量(10.0%)转基因组及低(2.5%)、中(5.0%)、高剂量(10.0%)亲本组,每组20只,雌雄各半。采用喂饲方式进行染毒,连续喂饲90 d。观察大鼠体重、血液学指标、血生化指标、各主要脏器重量及其系数,并进行病理学检查。结果各实验组动物的体重增长正常,血液学和血生化个别指标虽有统计学差异,但并无生物学意义。各剂量组大鼠心、肝、肾、肾上腺、脾、胸腺、睾丸的湿重及其脏器系数与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义;且病理学检查未发现明显异常。结论转bar基因耐草胺膦油菜90 d喂养未对大鼠产生亚慢性毒性作用。
Objective To observe the subchronic toxicity of bar transgenic herbicide phosphinothricin on rats. Methods One hundred and fourteen healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups according to body weight: control (conventional basal diet) and low (2.5%), moderate (5.0%), high dose (10.0%) transgenic and low 2.5%), medium (5.0%), high dose (10.0%) of the parent group, each group of 20, male and female. The way of feeding was used for continuous feeding for 90 days. The body weight, hematological indexes, blood biochemical indexes, weight of major organs and their coefficients were observed and pathological examination was performed. Results The animals in each experimental group gained normal weight, and although there were significant differences in the individual indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry, they had no biological significance. The wet weight and organ coefficient of heart, liver, kidney, adrenal gland, spleen, thymus and testis of rats in each dose group were not significantly different from those in control group. No significant abnormalities were found in pathological examination. Conclusion The transgenic barn-resistant phosphinothricin-rape 90 d did not cause sub-chronic toxicity to rats.
