机加工壳体零件时,往往要借助于螺杆来加强支承力(图1)。它不但能增加工件的稳定性,同时又可利用三根顶杆把工件校正。其一端固定在工作台的T形槽内,一端顶着工件的外缘。而且,往往需要斜向支顶工件,普通螺杆效果不好,若采用可摆功的螺纹顶杆,既可竖直支顶工件,又可斜顶工件。其结构如图2所示。底座1被T形螺钉固定在工作台面上,小轴2上连
