本文采用四日询问法,对南京市第五中学350名学生分13~、16~17岁两个年龄组进行营养状况调查,同时进行体格检查和实验室生化测定。结果表明:中学生的体格发育及营养状况基本良好,膳食结构较合理,优质蛋白质摄入较多,但女生蛋白质及热能摄入不足。热量及营养素分配基本合理,早餐热量摄入偏低,部分学生不吃早餐应引起重视。动物性脂肪摄入明显高于植物性脂肪,钙、维生素A摄入明显不足。男女学生中均存在一定比例的轻度贫血,男生营养状况好于女生。
This article uses the method of four-day interrogation to investigate the nutritional status of 350 students in the fifth middle school of Nanjing from 13 to 16 years old and 17 to 17 years old, and conduct physical examination and laboratory biochemical tests simultaneously. The results showed that the physical development and nutritional status of middle school students were basically good, the dietary structure was reasonable, and the intake of high quality protein was more, but the intake of protein and caloric in girls was insufficient. Basic calorie and nutrient allocation is reasonable, breakfast calorie intake is low, some students should not pay attention to breakfast. Animal fat intake was significantly higher than vegetable fat, calcium, vitamin A significantly less intake. There is a certain proportion of male and female students with mild anemia, boys better nutritional status than girls.
