目的:研究瞬态耳声发射(TEOAE)在高频区域的临床应用价值及与纯音测听听力检查的相关性。方法:应用耳声发射测试仪检测正常组和高频听力损失组高频区域的TEOAE各频段平均强度;应用纯音听力计检测各频率点的纯音听阈值,比较两者的变化趋势。结果:TEOAE在1.5~4.5kHz高频范围内,正常组与高频听力损失组的耳声发射平均强度差异有统计学意义,与纯音听阈检查结果有一定的相关性。两种检查中,高频听力损失组的两个指标变化趋势相一致。结论:临床上,结合纯音电测听结果,可使TEOAE更为准确客观地判断患者高频区域听力损失的程度和范围。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of transient otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) in high-frequency areas and its correlation with audiometry audiometry. Methods: The average intensity of each TEOAE band in high-frequency area of normal group and high-frequency hearing loss group was detected by otoacoustic emission tester. Pure tone audiometer was used to detect pure tone threshold of each frequency point, and the trend of them was compared. Results: TEOAE had significant difference in the average intensity of otoacoustic emissions between normal group and high-frequency hearing loss group in 1.5 ~ 4.5kHz high frequency range, and had some correlation with pure tone hearing threshold test. In both tests, the two indicators of high-frequency hearing loss group change trend consistent. Conclusion: Clinically, combined with pure tone audiometric results, TEOAE can more accurately and objectively determine the extent and scope of hearing loss in patients with high-frequency area.
