在示功图分析中,由于受许多因素的影响,一般无法对井下情况做定性和定量分析。中原油田引进了华东石油学院的《抽油井计算机诊断程序》。此程序可消除抽油杆柱变形和振动,以及粘滞阻尼的影响,因而图形简单,能较真实地反映深井泵的工作状况,便于对泵的工作状况做出定性和定量解释。通过对68口井100多井次的示功图分析和作业验证,已能推广应用。文中举有多井验证井例及示功图分析结论。
In the dynamometer analysis, due to many factors, it is generally not possible to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyzes of the downhole conditions. Zhongyuan Oilfield introduced the East China Petroleum Institute “pumping well computer diagnostic procedures.” This program can eliminate the deformation and vibration of the sucker rod string and the influence of viscous damping. Therefore, the program is simple and can reflect the working condition of the deep well pump more truthfully and make the qualitative and quantitative explanation for the working condition of the pump. Through the demonstration of more than 100 wells in 68 wells and their operation verification, it has been popularized and applied.
