江苏省徐淮公路泗阳收费站经江苏省人民政府批准,于1994年11月成立,同年12月1日开征过往车辆通行费。一年来,我们在征收通行费工作中,坚持精神文明和物质文明两手抓、两手硬的方针,加强职工队伍建设,反腐倡廉,文明征费,文明服务,有力地促进征费任务和其它各项工作任务的完成。截止1995年11月15日累计完成征费任务1000余万元,提前82天完成1995年全年征费任务。做好事312件,受到过往车驾人员好评。1995年上半年检查,夺得淮阴市8个收费站评比总分第一名。
