目的通过对红桥区某酒店食物中毒的调查,了解在餐饮方面存在的突出卫生问题,为今后市场监督管理提供科学依据。方法依据《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》进行现场卫生学调查和结果处理。结果根据对患者的临床表现、发病潜伏期、共同就餐史、现场卫生学调查并结合《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》,5例病例的肛拭中检出副溶血性弧菌阳性,血清型均为O3:K6,可初步确定这是一起在酒店发生由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒事件。结论相关部门应引起对酒店卫生重视的同时,相关监管部门更应加强对酒店的卫生监督和管理。
Objective To investigate the food poisoning in a hotel in Hongqiao District to understand the prominent health problems in the catering industry and to provide a scientific basis for future market supervision and management. Methods Based on “Diagnostic Criteria of Food Poisoning and Technical Processing General Rules”, on-site hygiene investigation and result processing were conducted. Results According to the clinical manifestations, incidence of incubation period, co-meal history, on-site hygiene survey and combined with “Food poisoning diagnostic criteria and technical treatment of general rules,” 5 cases of anal swab detected positive Vibrio parahaemolyticus, serotype Are O3: K6, which can be initially identified as a food poisoning incident caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the hotel. Conclusion Related departments should arouse the importance of hotel health at the same time, the relevant regulatory authorities should strengthen the hotel’s health supervision and management.
