本文通过熔模石膏型铸造法研究了铝合金铸造表面微观粗糙度的形成机理。试验结果及分析表明:在不考虑铸件表面缺陷及熔模表面粗糙度很小的前提下,熔模石膏型铸件表面粗糙度主要由铸件表面晶界处由于凝固收缩产生的凹沟所决定,通过扫描电镜对铸件表面形态的观察可以清楚地看出:表面晶界处的凹沟是减小熔模石膏型铸件表面粗糙度的限制性因素。
In this paper, cast-in gypsum casting method was used to study the formation mechanism of micro-roughness of aluminum alloy casting surface. The test results and analysis show that the surface roughness of the cast gypsum cast is mainly determined by the groove caused by solidification and shrinkage at the grain boundary of the cast surface without considering the defects of the castings and the small surface roughness of the mold. Scanning electron microscopy of the casting surface morphology can be clearly seen: the surface grain boundary groove is to reduce the surface roughness of cast-molded castings limiting factor.
