本研究主要运用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法和个案研究法,查阅中国知网等近十年期间,关于中高职院校升格初期教师专业素养提升策略研究的相关文献资料。对学校升格初期教师素养提升问题的必要性进行研究分析,结合当前学校实际情况,对比升格前后的现状问题进行总结归纳,并提出合理化的建议,皆在提升教师专业素养综合知识的储备,并且为其他升格高职院校教师素养的提升提供参考和借鉴。
This research mainly uses the literature review, field investigation, interviews and case studies to review the relevant literature about the strategies for upgrading the professional qualifications of teachers in the initial stages of upgrading in higher vocational colleges during the past ten years. The author analyzes and studies the necessity of upgrading the teachers ’literacy in the initial stage of the school upgrading, summarizes the current situation before and after the upgrading of the school according to the actual situation of the school, and puts forward the suggestions of rationalization, all of which are improving the reserve of the comprehensive knowledge of the teachers’ Other upgraded vocational colleges to enhance the quality of teachers to provide reference and reference.
