随着我国医疗体系的改革,建立科学合理的基层医疗卫生机构预算绩效评价体系,能够有效的提高基层医疗卫生机构的卫生资金的投入效率,通过预算绩效评价,有助于对基层卫生服务工作的检查,发现服务工作当中存在的问题,从而为基层医疗卫生投入预算提供一个具有良好的反馈功能的数据来源。所以说,实施基层医疗卫生机构预算绩效评价对每个基层医疗卫生机构来说具有重大意义。但就目前国情来讲,要想全面实行预算绩效评价还存在一定的困难,本文从基层医疗卫生机构预算绩效评价的意义出发,提出实施预算绩效评价的难点与解决方法,对于基层医疗卫生机构预算绩效评价的实施具有现实性的帮助作用。
