本文采用时间序列分析等方法,研究了油菜种子成熟过程中,蛋白质、油分、纤维素、可溶性糖、ATP 和生长量变化过程中的量化规律和动态相关规律。初步认为 ATP 在各发育阶段对有机物质合成有一定影响,其他物质变化过程表现一定程度的显著优势的周期函数特征。说明种子成熟过程中可能有某种代谢调节的共同系统。为了控制该系统以获得高蛋白质、高油分和低纤维素的品种,有必要引进生物系统论和控制论的方法,研究种子合成代谢系统。本文的初步研究表明,这一发育调节系统有可能加以控制。
In this paper, the quantitative and dynamic laws of the changes of protein, oil, cellulose, soluble sugar, ATP and growth during rapeseed ripening were studied by time series analysis and other methods. It is preliminarily believed that ATP has an effect on the synthesis of organic matter at various developmental stages, while other material changes show some significant periodicity features. Explain the common system of possible metabolic regulation in seed maturation. In order to control this system to obtain high protein, high oil and low cellulose varieties, it is necessary to introduce biological systems theory and cybernetics methods to study the seed anabolic system. Preliminary studies in this article show that this developmental regulation system is likely to be controlled.
