随着我国对房地产企业宏观调控的进行,我国房地产集团之间的竞争也越来越激烈,房地产集团的资金管理是房地产集团管理的重要方面,因此,只有做好房地产集团的资金管理工作才能在竞争日益激烈的市场得以立足,文章从房地产集团资金管理具有的特点出发,结合我国房地产集团资金管理存在的不足,对如何做好房地产集团的资金管理提出了几点建议。
With the macroeconomic regulation and control of real estate enterprises in our country, the competition between real estate groups in our country is more and more fierce. The capital management of real estate groups is an important aspect of real estate group management.
