调查了2646名8~10岁儿童血压水平及高血压率,平均收缩压为13.3±1.6kPa,舒张压为9.1±1.4kpa;血压偏高者(≥+2S)119名,血压偏高率为4.5%;对部分儿童进行了膳食调查,并计算各种营养素摄入量,血压偏高组儿童热能、脂肪、碳水化物的摄入量明显高于血压正常组儿童;营养素摄入量与血压相关分析结果表明:热能、脂肪、维生素E的摄入量与血压水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。
A total of 2646 children aged 8-10 years were investigated for blood pressure and hypertension, with an average systolic blood pressure of 13.3 ± 1.6 kPa and a diastolic blood pressure of 9.1 ± 1.4 kpa; 119 with high blood pressure (≥ + 2S) The rate of high blood pressure was 4.5%. Some children were surveyed and the intake of various nutrients was calculated. The intake of calories, fat and carbohydrates of children with high blood pressure were significantly higher than those of normal children. Correlation analysis of nutrient intake and blood pressure showed that there was a positive correlation between the intake of heat, fat and vitamin E and blood pressure (P <0.05).
