在新常态经济逐渐向好的大环境下,中国餐饮业也慢慢从低谷中走了出来。同时,餐饮行业的竞争也更加激烈,面对国内外知名餐饮品牌不断扩张的竞争压力,如何从中寻求创新发展道路成了每个酒店首先考虑的重要问题。蓝海集团积极响应国家倡导健康节俭和反对铺张浪费的理念,迎合未来市场走势,着力打造贴近群众的大众化美食餐厅—智选餐厅。本文以蓝海旗下智选餐厅为例,结合餐厅经营模式,从而提出相对应的对策措施,进而推动智选餐厅的成长与发展。
