目的:检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)浓度并与血清肌酐(Cr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、尿β2微球类蛋白(β2-MG)进行比较,从而评价血清胱抑素在糖尿病患者的早期诊断的价值。方法:应用颗粒增强免疫比浊法测定126例糖尿病伴有肾脏损害患者(肾功能正常45例,轻度异常34例,中度异常22例,重度异常25例)的血清Cys-C浓度,并与血清BUN、血清Cr、尿β2-MG进行比较。结果:糖尿病肾病轻、中、重度组血清CysC与β2-MG水平呈升高趋势,且均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),Scr水平仅有糖尿病肾功能中、重度异常组较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。血清Cys-C浓度与β2-MG相关系数(r=0.8267,P<0.01),差异有显著性。结论:血清Cys-C浓度是一个灵敏的肾小球滤过率的标志物,能用于评价糖尿病患者的肾功能状况。
OBJECTIVE: To detect serum concentration of cystatin C (Cys-C) and to compare with serum creatinine (Cr), serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and urinary β2-microglobulin The value of early diagnosis of diabetes. Methods: Serum levels of Cys-C in 126 patients with diabetic nephropathy (45 cases with normal renal function, 34 cases with mild abnormality, 22 cases with moderate abnormality and 25 cases with severe abnormality) were measured by particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetry Serum BUN, serum Cr, urinary β2-MG were compared. Results: The levels of serum CysC and β2-MG in mild, moderate and severe diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), Scr level was lower in moderate and severe diabetic nephropathy group than in control group Group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Serum Cys-C concentration and β2-MG correlation coefficient (r = 0.8267, P <0.01), the difference was significant. CONCLUSIONS: Serum Cys-C concentration is a sensitive marker of glomerular filtration rate that can be used to assess renal function in diabetic patients.
