目的:评价以综合职业能力为导向的多维实训模式教学改革实践效果。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2013级专科护理在校10个班级学生,共523人为研究对象,按照随机数字表法以及随机数余数分组法,将其分为观察组(护理3、7、8、9、10班)和对照组(护理1、2、4、5、6班)。观察组同学接受常规护理实训教学的基础上,参与开放式实训室管理、综合性实训模拟与考核。对照组同学接受常规护理实训教学,按传统实训模式模拟练习与考核。结果观察组同学的理论、知识技能考核成绩、自主学习准备度、工作岗位的可雇佣性、职业自我概念评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以综合职业能力为导向的多维实训模式教学改革适应职业院校的培养目标要求,有利于提高职业院校的人才培养质量。
Objective: To evaluate the practical effect of multidimensional training mode teaching reform guided by comprehensive vocational ability. Methods Using the method of convenience sampling, we selected 10 classes of 2013 college nursing students in our school, totally 523 were studied. According to the random number table method and the random number grouping method, they were divided into observation group (nursing 3,7,8 , 9,10 classes) and control group (care 1,2,4,5,6 class). The observation group of students on the basis of routine nursing practice teaching, participate in the open training room management, comprehensive training simulation and assessment. The control group of students to receive routine nursing training, according to the traditional training mode simulation exercises and assessment. Results In the observation group, the scores of the students in theory, knowledge and skill examination, self-study preparation, workability and career self-concept score were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The teaching reform of multidimensional training mode based on comprehensive vocational ability adapts to the training objectives of vocational colleges and helps to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.
