消防员面对的火场环境日益复杂,研发相应的个体防护装甲对于保护消防员的生命安全有着重要意义。分析与归纳了现有防护材料的物理与化学特性、材料特性对造型产生的影响。基于材料的特性,运用材料防护的基本原理,结合人体上身的运动特点,提出了消防员上体防护装甲材料、结构、外观的整体设计方案。基于材料特性分析的设计方法对于其他种类的防护装备设计有一定的参考价值。
Firefighters to face the increasingly complex fire environment, the development of the corresponding individual protective armor for the protection of firefighters life safety is of great significance. Analyzed and summarized the physical and chemical properties of the existing protective materials, the impact of material properties on the shape. Based on the characteristics of materials, the basic principle of material protection and the movement characteristics of upper body are put forward. The overall design scheme of upper body protective armor material, structure and appearance of fireman is put forward. Design methods based on material property analysis have certain reference value for other kinds of protective equipment design.
