在举国上下坚决执行英明领袖华主席“抓纲治国”的战略决策的大好形势下,在“全国工业学大庆”会议召开前夕,为了总结推广冲裁模具合理间隙使用经验,更好地开展群众性科学实验,充实完善这方面经验,进行思想动员和组织落实,陕西省电火花线切割技术交流站在省科技局、省工交办的领导下,在一九七七年三月十二日至四月四日期间,在省内洛南、宝鸡、西安等地巡回举行了“陕西省冲模合理间隙现场会”,先后共一百多个单位,二百四十七名代表参加了会议。
