近几年来,我校的招生情况每况愈下,招收来的学生大多成绩极差,文化基础差;学习自信心不足,自卑感较强;对理论性、抽象性的知识接受能力较差;学生的学习兴趣较低,在选择毕业去向时,大多处于迷茫状态。面对这样一群学生,如何开展教学,教学应该面向何方,以及学生毕业就业等问题,我们必须重新审视。
