省委六届六次会议通过的《吉林省国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要(草案)》,确定把食品工业作为支柱产业,进一步加快发展。这一决策符合我省实际,是非常正确的。 “八五”期间,省委、省政府把食品工业确定为优势产业,在政策、资金等方面给予了重点倾斜,促进了食品工业的快速发展。 发展速度加快,扩大了行业规模。1995年,全省乡以上食品工业完成工业总产值110亿元,比1990年增长了65.7％。“八五”期间年平均递增10.6％,比“七五”实际高出1.2个百分点。完成工业增加值40亿元,占全省工业增加值的12.8％,比上年实际增加17.6％。

During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, the average annual growth rate was 10.6%, which was 1.2% higher than the “July 5” period. The industrial added value of 4 billion yuan was completed, accounting for 12.8% of the province’s industrial added value, an increase of 17.6% over the previous year.
