目的探讨丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术中的效果。方法对240例早孕妇女采取用丙泊酚进行无痛人工流产术与以往240例人工流产妇女进行对比观察,二者在年龄、孕产次等方面差异无显著性。观察两组手术时间、镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、出血量、人工流产综合征等的发生情况。结果丙泊酚应用完全无痛率达100%,两组相比镇痛效果、手术时间、宫颈松弛程度、人工流产综合征等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丙泊酚用于人工流产术安全有效、效果良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol in painless artificial abortion. Methods Two hundred and forty cases of early pregnant women taking propofol for painless artificial abortion were compared with the previous 240 cases of induced abortion women. There was no significant difference in the two groups in terms of age, pregnancy and secondary birth. Two groups were observed operation time, analgesic effect, cervical relaxation, bleeding, abortion syndrome and so on. Results Propofol was completely painless at 100%. There were significant differences in analgesic effect, operative time, cervical relaxation, and induced abortion syndrome between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Propofol is safe and effective for artificial abortion and has good effect.
