新学期面对新生的首要任务是尽快摸清学生的情况,掌握学生的心理特点,只有这样才能充分发挥学生的特长、爱好,制订教学计划。新学期我采用问卷法、调查法、测验法,很快渡过了摸索阶段。 1.问卷法开学初,我自编一份问卷(附表),请学生如实填写,通过统计、分析,对学生目前状况有一个大体上的了解。
The most important task facing the new students in the new semester is to find out the situation of the students as soon as possible and master the students’ psychological characteristics. Only in this way can the students’ special talents and hobbies be fully developed and the teaching plan be formulated. In the new semester, I adopted the questionnaire method, the survey method, and the test method and quickly passed through the exploration phase. 1. Questionnaire At the beginning of the school year, I wrote a questionnaire (schedule) myself and asked the students to fill in the questionnaires. Through statistics and analysis, I have a general understanding of the current situation of the students.
