中煤集团大屯公司中心区(以下简称中心区)自1985年实行集中采暖至今已二十年之多。南开始的锅炉房为采暖热源,发展成现在的热电厂为采暖热源。整个集中采暖系统有热电厂、热交换站、输汽、输水管网、住户等几部分组成。目前采暖系统内有建筑面积约120万平面米,根据中心区地形和热负荷分部情况划分为四个独立的采暖系统,每个系统内均设有独立的采暖热交换站。各交换站的服务区域及采暖热负荷汇总如下:
The central area of Datun Company (hereinafter referred to as the Central District) of China Coal Group has been in operation for more than 20 years since 1985.
