说到教学中的激励语言我们会想到什么呢?“棒,棒,你真棒”、“真聪明”、“老师佩服你”、“你真出色”、“你这种解法老师都没想到啊”……从激励的语言可以窥得一个老师的学生观,从激励语言的变化可以追寻某一阶段教育的某种精神内涵。在我看来,教育就等于激励,虽然这话有点武断。可著名的教育家第斯多惠说过:“教育的艺术不在于传授知识,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”他老人家说得多完整与深刻啊!其实也是这个意思:教育即激励!
