本文研究了黄金生产过程中从载金炭上解吸金的一种新工艺——乙腈蒸馏解吸法的基本原理及工艺条件。结果表明,该工艺最佳解吸条件为:液固比为4:1,载金发经过含有50%乙腈0.5%氢氧化钠的预处理液,加热至75℃预处理2h;再经50%的乙腈液75℃预浸1h;最后在80℃蒸馏回流2h。解吸后的金的尾炭品位在50g/t以下,金的解吸率可达到99%以上,整个解吸过程约5—6h。与其它有机溶剂相比,乙腈蒸馏解吸法具有时间短、温度低、解吸率高的特点。
In this paper, a new process of desorption of gold from gold-loaded carbon in gold production process is studied-the basic principle and process conditions of acetonitrile distillation and desorption. The results showed that the optimal desorption conditions were as follows: the liquid to solid ratio was 4: 1, and the suspension was pretreated with 50% acetonitrile 0.5% sodium hydroxide and heated to 75 ℃ for 2h. After 50% Acetonitrile pre-soaked for 1 h at 75 ° C; and finally refluxed at 80 ° C for 2 h.
