本文研究了非平行光路中斜置平板与反光镜的影差影响,以及由于平行度和平面度误差引起的象差和倍率变化,并给出了允许厚度,平行度和平面度公差的计算方法.
In this paper, we study the influence of the difference between the sloping plate and the reflector in the non-parallel optical path and the variation of the aberration and the magnification due to the parallelism and the flatness error, and give the calculation method that allows the thickness, parallelism and flatness tolerance .
