探讨了HNBR/CR并用比对共混胶加工性能、力学性能、耐热老化性能和耐油性能的影响。结果表明,随CR用量的增加,共混胶的硫化效率提高,加工性能逐渐改善,动态生热量降低,力学强度和耐油性能都有所下降。当HNBR/CR并用比大于70/30时,共混胶的拉伸强度和热空气老化后的性能保持率依然较高,且耐油性能优良,可满足一些耐油、耐热场合对胶料的基本性能要求。当并用比小于60/40时,共混胶的力学性能、耐油性能和耐热老化性能下降较为严重。
The effects of HNBR / CR blends on the processing, mechanical properties, heat aging resistance and oil resistance were investigated. The results show that with the increase of CR content, the vulcanization efficiency of blends increases, the processability gradually improves, the dynamic heat generation decreases, and the mechanical strength and oil resistance decrease. When the HNBR / CR combined ratio is more than 70/30, the tensile strength of the blends and the performance retention after hot air aging are still high, and the oil resistance is excellent, which can meet the requirements of some oil-resistant and heat- Performance requirements. When the combined ratio is less than 60/40, the mechanical properties, oil resistance and heat aging resistance of the blends decrease more seriously.
